This role within CIBC's Personal and Small Business Banking team requires leveraging banking and mortgage expertise to assist clients in achieving homeownership. The Mobile Mortgage Advisor will offer flexible meeting options, provide expert mortgage advice, and deliver product solutions. Key aspects include fostering client engagement, developing business through strategic sales plans and networking within the local market, and building community connections with realtors and internal partners to generate opportunities.

This is a commission-only position.
What We're Looking For
Utilize banking and mortgage experience to guide clients towards home ownership. Prioritize client experience, making interactions meaningful and supporting client lifestyles and schedules. Collaborate with Banking Centre teams to offer personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning. Develop and execute a sales plan based on a deep understanding of the local market to convert leads into new CIBC clients. Employ strong relationship-building and networking skills to generate opportunities and achieve business results. Expand professional network and establish lasting connections with internal businesses and external realtors for client referrals.
