As a Mobile Financial Services Representative at CIBC, you will be part of the Personal and Business Banking team, focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. Your primary role will involve working at CIBC Kiosks located within Costco Warehouses, where you will proactively engage clients to understand their financial needs. You will be responsible for selling Chequing and Savings accounts, providing high-level information on various other financial products such as mortgages, Investor's Edge, and registered products, and referring clients to appropriate Banking Centres for more in-depth advice. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a self-managed, on-site, full-time environment with extended and rotational hours.

What We're Looking For

Deliver an exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships and increased client loyalty.,Serve as the first point of contact at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses.,Proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities.,Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts within the agreed product mix with Costco.,Provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor's Edge, registered products).,Refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing conversations to the appropriate Banking Centre.,Thrive in an entrepreneurial and self-managed environment.,Work on-site full-time within Costco warehouses with extended hours of business and rotational shift work.
