As a Mobile Financial Services Representative at CIBC, you will be part of the Personal and Business Banking team, focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. You will engage proactively with clients at CIBC Kiosks within Costco Warehouses to understand their financial needs, identify opportunities, and facilitate sales of Chequing and Savings accounts. You will also provide high-level information on other financial products and refer clients for non-deposit account advice to appropriate Banking Centres. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in a self-managed, on-site environment.
Deliver exceptional client experience to support CIBC's vision of leadership in client relationships and loyalty.,Serve as the first point of contact at CIBC Kiosks in Costco Warehouses.,Proactively engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities.,Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts.,Provide high-level information on other products (e.g., mortgages, Investor's Edge, registered products).,Refer clients for non-deposit account advice to appropriate Banking Centres.,Entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable working in a self-managed environment.,On-site full-time work within Costco warehouses with extended business hours and rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM).,Required to work weekends and some statutory holidays.,Commuting between nearby Costco Warehouses is required.,Proactively engage in discussions with Costco members to understand immediate and longer-term financial needs.,Understand the full suite of banking centre products to make viable introductions.,Deliver consistent client service excellence and achieve sales targets.,Track, record, and update sales activities accurately.,Process valid transactions and complete related documentation on time.,Maintain client confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.,May be required to open or close the kiosk.,Promote and demonstrate digital banking options and assist clients in using them.
