This position provides day-off relief for Milk Receiver Operators, focusing on the inspection of bulk tankers, collection of raw dairy samples for organoleptic and physical testing (visual, odor, flavor, antibiotic, oil, and fat), and reporting any deviations. Responsibilities also include safely hooking up and off-loading dairy products, cleaning and CIP operations, performing routine equipment adjustments, operating a lift truck, accurately completing dairy records and system data entry, conducting environmental controls, supporting audits, and adhering to occupational health and safety, GMPs, and food safety requirements. The role demands effective coordination with other departments and maintaining good housekeeping.
