Milk Intake Operator - 1st Shift (10 Hour)

Description

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Milk Intake Operator for their Black Creek, WI facility. This role involves collecting and testing milk samples, managing milk and cream intake/outtake, performing sanitation (CIP) on delivery trucks, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The operator will also handle paperwork and communicate with lab technicians. Saputo is a global dairy processor committed to high-quality products, employee investment, and community support.

What We're Looking For

Retrieve samples from trucks delivering milk to intake.,Qualify new and existing patrons.,Receive and load out cream, whey, skim, and milk.,Complete state paperwork as needed.,Unload and perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) on delivery trucks.,Perform Rosa testing (antibiotic).,Communicate with lab technicians regarding positive loads.,Complete receiving line setup.,Position tankers using the yard horse.,Monitor and adjust silo quantities and wash intervals for compliance.,Monitor and communicate segregation of milks.,Monitor and order yard horse fuel.,Identify and communicate yard horse malfunctions.,Perform CIP concentration checks and systems monitoring.

Ideal Candidate

At least 1 year of manufacturing production experience, preferably in food or dairy manufacturing.,Ability to pass state pasteurization testing.,Demonstrate initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills.,Demonstrate safe and quality conscious work habits.,Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.,Math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide to ensure machines operate correctly.
