In this role within the Ontario Billing Operations Team, you will support Dr. Bill and MDBilling.ca—RBCx healthcare technology platforms. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end medical billing cycle for physicians, ensuring claims are accurate, resolving rejections, and providing expert guidance to help clients maximize their revenue and minimize administrative stress.
Process and manage medical claims, including the handling of refusals and rejections,Resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues to maintain high satisfaction,Provide proactive guidance and support to physicians regarding billing processes,Coach healthcare providers on OHIP Billing procedures and best practices,Maintain and update accurate customer account records,Reconcile monthly remittance advice and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
2+ years of proven OHIP Billing work experience,4+ years of administrative and customer service experience,Strong understanding of general computer systems and billing software,Completion of certified courses in Medical Billing or equivalent (Preferred),Previous experience working in a remote environment (Preferred)
