MD, Specialty Deposits Team Lead - Escrow Services

Description

This role at CIBC focuses on leading a Specialty Deposits team for Escrow Services, targeting mid-to-large size title companies and 1031 exchange firms. The primary objective is to drive deposit growth and develop tailored financial solutions by collaborating with internal teams to offer a boutique banking experience. It is a national-facing position emphasizing client relationship building and product innovation.

What We're Looking For

Develop new client relationships through business development activities, referrals, and centers of influence.,Monitor and manage client relationships by understanding their goals and business status.,Collaborate with internal partners to identify and connect clients with opportunities.,Build an industry profile to foster effective working relationships with clients and partners.,Proactively assess client needs and propose suitable financial and strategic solutions.,Respond promptly to client questions, inquiries, or issues to provide high-quality service.,Apply industry and company knowledge to develop proposals.,Demonstrate experience in Commercial Banking or Property Management business.,Exhibit strong business development skills.,Possess a solid understanding of the industry.,Ability to take initiative, go above and beyond, and deliver results.

Ideal Candidate

Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
