Material Handler - 3rd Shift
Description
The Material Handler is responsible for daily loading and unloading of trailers, picking and staging finished goods, and moving products within the cooler and dry storage. This role involves operating equipment safely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean work environment.
What We're Looking For
Load/unload trailers,Pick/Pre-stage finish goods for outbound loads,Operate all equipment safely,Put away finished goods from packaging department into proper locations in cooler,Verify product quantities are correct and without discrepancies,Rotate finish goods in locations when necessary,Stage source cheese, packaging material, and ingredients for packaging department,Put away source cheese, packaging material, and ingredients from packaging department in correct locations in cooler or dry storage,Report all product damage,Maintain a clean and orderly workstation, warehouse and outside pallet area,Complete Forklift inspection form,Use calculator, RF gun and basic computer functions,Complete trailer inspection form,Respect physical demands of job (details not provided in posting),Regular attendance at work is an essential job duty, performed at the Tulare-Levin plant site
Ideal Candidate
Ability to safely operate equipment, perform basic computer functions, and handle physical demands of the job. Must be able to use a calculator and RF gun.
