Marketing Specialist, 18-month contract

Description

As a Marketing Specialist within KPMG's National Marketing team, this role involves supporting various marketing initiatives including content, internal/external communications, digital marketing, webcasting, market research, email list coordination, CRM management, and client events. It's an opportunity for a tactical self-starter to develop strategic marketing skills by coordinating national campaigns, maintaining project focus, assisting with collateral production, managing event logistics, collaborating on digital marketing, creating internal portal content, and researching for presentations.

What We're Looking For

Coordinate the rollout of external campaigns and programs nationally.,Proactively maintain focus on marketing projects and identify improvements.,Assist in the production of marketing collateral, webcasts, email campaigns, web content, and social media campaigns.,Support specific events, including logistics, invitation distribution, registration, and follow-up reports.,Collaborate with the in-house digital marketing team to maintain the website and drive social media content.,Create, develop, and manage content for internal portals.,Research, coordinate, and gather information for presentations and marketing collateral.,Participate in initiatives to advance collaboration and leverage best practices.,Maintain lists in KPMG's CRM database (SalesForce Engage) and execute external communications via lead generation tools (ExactTarget, Cvent).,2 to 3 years' experience in marketing in a national or global organization (B2B, agency, professional services, and/or financial services experience preferred).,Strong digital and integrated marketing experience.,Highly efficient, detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.,Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.,Team player and active contributor to marketing meetings.,Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.,Confident in providing support and recommendations to senior leadership.,Superior project management skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.,Strong social and digital media acumen with deep experience in managing campaigns.,Innovative mindset.

Ideal Candidate

Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, business, and/or communications.
