The manager acts as a strategic partner to the marketing team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently through the use of standardized methodologies and integrated marketing tools.
Develop and implement standardized marketing workflows and project management frameworks,Lead the enablement and training of marketing teams on operational tools and platforms,Oversee resource management and capacity planning for marketing initiatives,Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders and external agencies,Identify and resolve process bottlenecks to improve speed-to-market,Manage operational governance and compliance standards for marketing activities
Extensive experience in marketing operations, project management, or process enablement,Demonstrated experience in a large, complex corporate environment (preferably financial services),PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are considered an asset,Strong proficiency in marketing technology stacks and project management software
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
