The Marketing Manager at ALDO Group will lead the go-to-market planning and marketing strategy for key franchise partners, primarily in the MEA & EU regions. This role involves managing project execution according to GTM schedules, conducting market research, coordinating with external agencies, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to achieve global and regional brand objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, diplomatic, and possess strong marketing experience, business acumen, and digital knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams (coordinators, Account Managers, S&Ops, Brand) to develop critical paths for seasonal campaigns and regional activations, ensuring timely project execution.
Perform monthly market research to gather insights and share competitive analysis.
Synergize with commercial leads to develop clear briefs for strategy, creative, and production teams.
Build post-mortems from regional activations to gather insights for future briefs.
Lead regional productions with external agencies for smooth 360-degree local campaign rollouts, considering cultural nuances.
Develop briefs for timely delivery of marketing assets to partners.
Create marketing execution guides and commercialization strategy presentations to ensure execution excellence and enable partners to brief media agencies and distribute budgets effectively.
Participate in seasonal market week events, working with operations and brand to create impactful presentations for franchise and wholesale partners.
Collaborate across AGI and with Brand teams to improve brand and marketing processes.
Support analysis of special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Work on upskilling, training, and knowledge transfer to the partner network.
Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.
5+ years of professional experience in Marketing with an international brand or retailer.
Good knowledge in media planning, negotiation, execution, and optimization of all marketing channels.
Experience in digital / e-commerce (retail experience an asset, digital native is a must).
Knowledge in Google Analytics and Facebook business manager.
Great understanding of key factors impacting brand awareness, traffic, and conversion.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong work ethic, autonomous, flexible, and creative, able to adapt to evolving business needs.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Motivated self-starter, able to perform under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
