Marketing Coordinator, Cards & Loyalty Grocery Partnerships

Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and collaborative individual supporting marketing initiatives within the cards and loyalty business. The role involves working with the marketing team and business partners to execute campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, and retention in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Assist with marketing plan development and execution to support partner contracts and acquisition goals.,Support the execution of mass and targeted campaigns to deliver against business objectives.,Collaborate with functional partners (internal & external) to ensure smooth campaign delivery and partnership alignment.,Assist with creative development and ensure brand consistency across marketing communications.,Support day-to-day coordination of marketing activities, including partner relationship support and campaign logistics.,Compile analysis and reporting to track campaign performance and support marketing recommendations.,Assist with budget tracking, invoice management, and budget reporting.,Support partner activations and promotional events.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.,2-3 years of marketing or marketing support experience.,Understanding of metrics and ability to track campaign results.,Experience supporting business cases, creative briefs, and campaign timelines.,Familiarity with marketing channels (email, digital, social, content).,Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.,Excellent collaborative and communication skills.,Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.,Bilingual (French & English) (Nice-to-Have).,Previous experience in credit card or loyalty marketing (Nice-to-Have).,Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities (Nice-to-Have).
