Market President - South Carolina - Commercial (US)

Description

The Market President is responsible for leading and managing all commercial and retail banking activities within a specific market. This includes direct management of RVPs and Commercial Lending Teams, collaborating with senior retail leadership, expanding the bank's community presence, driving profitable growth of deposits, loans, fees, and customers, and enhancing the TD brand. The role involves managing diverse teams and cross-selling banking products and services, as well as managing a $5 billion portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Direct management of RVPs in conjunction with Commercial Lending Teams.,Partnership with SVP-Retail and RMMs.,Promotion of TD Bank in the community, including engagement with centers of influence and civic activities.,Execution and administration of operational and risk management policies.,Implementation of strategies for profitable growth of deposits, loans, fees, and selling bank products.,Ensuring quality service for commercial customers.,Providing strategic and tactical direction regarding credit, reputation, and delivery.,Making prospect and customer calls on complex deals.,Developing new business through referral networks.,Responding to high-level customer complaints.,Reinforcing TD culture and promoting partnerships within the bank.,Specific responsibility to grow deposits, loans, and market share.,Managing a $5 Billion portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

4 year degree or equivalent experience.,15+ Years of related experience.,Solid understanding of commercial lending and portfolios.,Business development experience and proven ability to network within the community.,Demonstrated leadership experience and proven expertise in hiring and developing talent.,Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.,Excellent customer orientation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
