The individual will act as a liaison between market data users, technology staff, and management to ensure high quality and availability of market data and messaging platforms for Capital Markets business users and applications globally.
Collaborate and communicate within the Global Market Data group on all aspects of Market Data architecture, engineering, implementation, and support.,Partner with application development teams to minimize market data dependency risks and ensure needs are met.,Ensure comprehensive documentation for all production, disaster recovery, and regulatory systems.,Document and promptly address production problems, bugs, system issues, and change requests.,Keep Senior Management informed of situations that may compromise deliverables or affect production systems.,Manage and resolve incidents and outages.,Manage requests for changes, system releases, and capacity planning.,Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.,Proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies in the environment.,Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to business activities.,Good communication, planning, organizing, and negotiating skills.,Demonstrated competency in crafting efficient and effective solutions for diverse and complex business problems.,Understanding of the Capital Markets business and their Market Data needs, including data-feeds, stock exchanges, and vendor reporting requirements.,Ability to contribute to the development and execution of a business-aligned technology strategy, balancing strategic deliverables with short and medium-term needs.,Ability to clearly define and communicate ideas and broker consensus to progress initiatives.
