The Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships by leveraging their existing network. This involves providing investment advice and solutions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and acting as a brand ambassador for the bank.
Provide advice and investment solutions in accordance with legal, compliance, and sales efficiency standards.,Act as the bank's brand ambassador to clients.,Ensure adherence to KYC, Due Diligence, AML, Cross-border activities, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Comply with the bank's code of ethics and Cross-Border regulations.,Assist in ad-hoc projects and client-related matters.,Deputize other Relationship Managers as needed.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience successfully advising High Net Worth Clients.,Proven track record in acquisition success and extensive product and investment knowledge.,Outstanding relationship management capabilities with strong analytical, risk management, marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry with deep understanding around the Compliance and Regulatory framework.,Fluency in English and relevant local language skills subject to the respective country teams.,Strong client acquisition, retention, and business development skills.,CACS Paper 1 and 2.
