This role involves overseeing all aspects of fiduciary trust account administration, including direct management of a team of 10-15 Trust Advisors and personal handling of significant accounts. The manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely trust administration in compliance with regulations, contributing to financial performance, maximizing client satisfaction, managing risks, and fostering a positive company culture through leadership and community involvement.
Manage all aspects of fiduciary trust accounts administration.,Manage resources for optimal efficiency, productivity, and client service.,Personally manage select, significant, and sensitive accounts.,Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Trust Advisors, including hiring, goal setting, performance, and compensation.,Identify and maximize sales and retention opportunities.,Provide high-level service, communication, and advice to trust beneficiaries.,Ensure timely and accurate trust administration according to document terms.,Utilize technology to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.,Evaluate systems capabilities to meet business needs.,Identify additional client needs and refer to business partners.,Maintain professional expertise as a Trust Administration subject matter expert.,Assist the sales team in meeting fiduciary sales, retention, and profitability goals.,Manage, monitor, and minimize risk issues.,Foresee gaps, trends, and influence direction across Wealth Management Trust Group.,Maintain high performance standards and coach for excellence.,Serve as a resource on trust administration procedural and risk issues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant State and Federal regulations, employee policies, and corporate standards.,Ensure successful audits and exams.,Manage vendor relationships.,Raise the profile of TD Wealth Management through community involvement.,Model company culture both internally and externally.
