This role is responsible for the ongoing management of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Framework for the Asia Pacific region. It encompasses coordinating project management activities for the RCM project, maintaining existing RCM programs, and supporting the operational management of the APAC Compliance department, including governance and reporting.
Provide project management expertise to manage the ongoing coordination and implementation of the global RCM project.,Ensure the APAC RCM remains current, accurate and consistent with approaches taken in other jurisdictions.,Responsible for working with First and Second Lines of Defense to identify key risks, controls and monitoring.,Provide ongoing support and assistance to various Compliance Teams and 1LOD with Control Standards and Technology related to the 4 RCM pillars: Regulatory Content, Risk Assessments, Monitoring & Testing and Issues Management.,Develop and maintain local procedures and approach documents with regards to the RCM framework and use of the RCM tool.,Support the implementation and embedment of the Regulatory Content vendor into BAU activities.,Provide relevant business manager support to APAC Compliance.,Support the maintenance and updates to the Regulatory Content inventories for APAC, including the oversight and execution of change requests.,Support the maintenance and submission of user access to key Compliance tools and sharepoints.,Reviewing, analysing and mapping data and produce MI & support the production of Governance Committee materials.,Support the development and enhancement of insightful reporting and metrics.,Take up any ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned from time to time.,Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.,Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.,Ability and willingness to accept accountability and ownership, demonstrate initiative, work with limited direct supervision and support effective and efficient cross-unit co-operation.,Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
