As a key member of the Real Estate Finance team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business clients within the real estate sector. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market,
Structure and negotiate financing deals tailored to client needs,
Perform rigorous credit analysis and financial risk assessments,
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through proactive advisory,
Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory standards,
Collaborate with internal experts to offer integrated financial services
Extensive experience in commercial real estate financing or commercial lending,
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit structuring,
Demonstrated ability in business development and negotiation,
