This role as a Manager within Corporate Treasury IT at RBC involves leading a team of Quality Engineers and defining the quality assurance strategy for large-scale data and technology initiatives. The manager will oversee test strategy planning, design, and execution, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory needs. What We're Looking For

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers.,Define and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and best practices for data warehouse, ETL, and application testing.,Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.,Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality objectives are met.,Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and issue resolution.,Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, automation, new tools adoption).,Monitor and report on quality metrics, test results, and team performance.,Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.,Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
