This role is critical for building trust with business partners and developing talent within the Protect Product team. The lead will manage high-quality, consistent communications about achievements, roadmaps, and recognition, and will also drive key training initiatives to help teams deliver effective solutions.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies for Protect Product initiatives.,Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and partner updates.,Maintain and enhance the Product & Service Catalogue with updated roadmaps, accomplishments, and multimedia resources.,Design and implement the Scaled Agile certification program for Product Owners.,Build and deliver Fraud Detection training modules for onboarding and ongoing development.,Track training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.,Partner with leadership, product teams, and Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and training priorities.,Manage relationships with external vendors or internal SMEs for content creation and delivery.
