Description

This role at KPMG involves leading the pre-sales solutioning team to shape and win large-scale transformation deals. The Manager, Pre-Sales Solution Architect will orchestrate solution strategies, align with client objectives, leverage cutting-edge technology capabilities, and drive innovative delivery models throughout the full deal lifecycle, from deal qualification to mobilization. They will collaborate across service lines, global delivery centers, and alliance partner networks to develop integrated solutions.

What We're Looking For

Collaborate with Pursuit Quarterback and KPMG service lines to understand and analyze client requirements, including business objectives, technical needs, and budget constraints.,Engage in client discussions alongside subject matter experts to gain insight into client's pain points and desired outcomes.,Lead the development of compelling win themes and architect end-to-end solutions — including solution approach, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery model, resource/sourcing plan, assumptions, and risks— tailored to client needs.,Collaborate with involved delivery teams, third-party partners, and KPMG's global network to ensure alignment on a coherent and differentiated solution.,Accountable for the overall solution including collaborating on solution design, lead review sessions, deliver presentations and build consensus across senior Partners to secure formal signoffs.,Take responsibility for commercial aspects, pricing strategies, and staffing models for multi-million-dollar pursuits.,Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, competitor strategies, and client feedback to bring relevant best practices.,Proactively identify areas for improvement in the solution design and presales process.

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, particularly client-facing roles.,Past experience in designing and delivering cloud-based solutions across platforms including Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.,Proven experience in managing and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), supporting the consulting sales process.,5+ years of experience of working in Pre Sales roles in large system integrator firms.,Solid understanding of industry-specific solutions, tools, and technologies.,Proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools.,Experience with pricing tools and proposal automation systems.
