Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors and associates to achieve sales and service goals,Oversee daily branch operations and ensure adherence to compliance and audit protocols,Implement business strategies to grow the personal banking portfolio,Resolve complex customer issues and enhance the overall client experience,Foster a collaborative team environment and manage employee performance,Build and maintain relationships within the local community to drive business development

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
