Advise customers on high-level financial solutions, including investment and credit banking options.,Engage with customers to foster positive experiences and strengthen relationships.,Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality.,Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff regarding customer issues.,Maintain professional common areas in compliance with marketing and regulatory guidelines.,Conduct financial reviews and suggest additional personalized solutions based on customer financial goals.,Stay informed about emerging issues, regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvements.,Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.,Ensure documents are prepared accurately and consistent with relevant regulations.,Collaborate as a team member, contribute to a positive and diverse work environment, and mentor colleagues.

High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.,Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field (asset).,Completion of IFIC or equivalent required.,CFSA to be completed within 12 months of hiring.,Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience (asset).,Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts.
