Manager, Marketing Technology

Description

This role serves as a dual business and technical leader responsible for RBC's marketing technology ecosystem. The manager acts as an internal subject matter expert for digital messaging platforms, including email, SMS, and push notifications. The primary goal is to oversee the MarTech stack, ensuring that solutions are scalable, high-quality, and aligned with enterprise goals to drive revenue and enhance the client experience through personalized digital communication.

What We're Looking For

Advise Marketing leaders and stakeholders on enabling digital campaigns and selecting appropriate MarTech solutions.,Partner with internal technical teams and external vendors to analyze system needs and recommend scalable infrastructure.,Develop and deploy integrated solutions for personalized digital communications, alerts, and advertising.,Oversee the operational governance of Salesforce environments, including technical testing, source code management, and quality assurance.,Provide 24/7 technical support to ensure the continuous availability and performance of digital channels.,Maintain technical documentation and provide cross-functional training on MarTech solutions.

Ideal Candidate

4-7 years of specialized expertise in Marketing Technology, relationship marketing, and digital messaging (Email, SMS, Push).,Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.,Deep understanding of digital messaging best practices, including data management, deliverability, and campaign execution.,Familiarity with regulatory legislation such as CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.,Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field); MBA is considered an asset.
