Description

The Growth Marketing team at TD Bank focuses on customer-led growth, integrating creative and analytical marketing to enhance customer experiences. This role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Personalization & Orchestration, involves leading the development and implementation of personalization capabilities and communication strategies across various channels. The manager will collaborate with internal partners to advance marketing personalization, ensuring customer communications are tailored, timely, and impactful. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven thinker who can navigate complexity and drive customer-centric experiences to deliver incremental value.

What We're Looking For

Lead the enablement of marketing personalization capabilities across channels, including defining marketing requirements, collaborating on use cases, and establishing roles, responsibilities, and processes.,Collaborate with Marketing, AI2, Martech, and Platforms teams to define data and technology requirements for advanced personalization.,Socialize new capabilities with marketing colleagues and drive adoption.,Analyze performance results to uncover insights, optimize personalization tactics, and continuously improve relevance and customer experience.,Establish and share best practices for personalization with key partners, fostering organizational learning and capability building.,Foster collaboration with U.S. Marketing teams to share strategies, learnings, consult on approaches, and provide recommendations.,7+ years of relevant experience.,Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cross-channel marketing (email, web, mobile app, SMS push, in-app).,Strong stakeholder communication skills for presenting data-driven ideas.,Project management expertise with a track record of delivering initiatives from concept to execution.,Detail-oriented, results-driven, and adept at solving complex problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.,Collaborative relationship builder, able to work across teams to identify and implement solutions.

Ideal Candidate

Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing.,MBA is an asset.
