This leadership role is responsible for developing and evolving the audit strategy, and driving change management initiatives within the Internal Audit function at TD Bank. It blends strategic planning, governance, and business management with advanced audit methodologies and change management practices to ensure the audit function remains agile, innovative, and aligned with organizational goals. Key focuses include responding to emerging risks, adapting to regulatory changes, optimizing audit processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Lead audit strategy development and implement change initiatives.,Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit best practices.,Develop, implement, and evolve the overall audit strategy.,Drive change management initiatives within the Internal Audit function.,Champion a forward-thinking mindset and ensure the audit strategy is responsive to emerging risks and regulatory changes.,Lead initiatives to optimize audit processes and foster continuous improvement.,Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.,Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders.,Map and continuously improve audit processes to maximize efficiency.,Own and manage the end-to-end tactical change management process for audit initiatives.,Develop detailed change management plans including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication strategies, and training materials.,Coordinate and monitor the implementation of change activities, tracking progress and resolving issues.,Serve as the primary point of contact for change management within Internal Audit, providing guidance and support.
