Manager, Infrastructure, Capital Projects & Sustainability Advisory - Project Accounting & Project Controls

This role at KPMG involves supporting clients within the Infrastructure, Capital Projects, & Sustainability (ICPS) practice. The focus is on major infrastructure projects, where the manager will lead engagements, conduct project reviews, develop and implement project governance frameworks, and prepare procurement strategies. Responsibilities also include overseeing junior staff, producing client deliverables, leading workshops and presentations, and contributing to proposal development.

What We're Looking For

Lead engagements/workstreams covering project reviews, health checks, project governance, project management, project controls, and procurement strategies.,Oversee junior advisory personnel, providing training and mentoring.,Prepare client-ready reports and other written deliverables.,Lead client workshops, interviews, and presentations.,Lead proposal responses and support pitches.,Monitor and track engagement metrics and profitability.,Stay current with market trends and developments.,6+ years of relevant experience.,Experience with infrastructure capital projects, particularly in project accounting and/or project controls.,Experience leading advisory engagements that provide insights, advice, and recommendations to clients.,Experience in tracking and analyzing project costs and other project metrics.,Experience with a variety of project delivery contract models, including collaborative models.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or similar.
