Manager, Global Reconciliation Services

Description

The Manager, Global Reconciliation Services will lead a team responsible for managing high-risk processes related to GL Reconciliation and Attestation activities for assigned platforms. This role involves maintaining relationships with business partners, managing team workload, and meeting service standards. The manager is also accountable for enhancing service offerings through continuous improvement, reporting, and enabling team performance.

What We're Looking For

Develop and implement processes and routines for high-quality service delivery, including issue identification and resolution.,Establish clear communication with service and business partners.,Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team through coaching.,Oversee reconciliation and attestation activities, ensuring policy adherence and proper documentation.,Partner with Platform Finance to advise on structuring reconciliation processes for new and existing lines of business.,Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and mitigate risks, collaborating on strategic roadmaps for transformation.,Take ownership of escalated issues, ensuring resolution and implementing gap mitigation plans.,Coach and manage performance to achieve high team performance.,Align team efforts with vision, values, and strategic direction.,Strengthen relationships through effective communication and collaboration.,Lead change implementation with communication and commitment to continuous improvement.,Ensure adherence to all relevant policies like Enterprise General Ledger Attestation Policy, RBC Enterprise Privacy Risk Management Policy, SLAs, and GRS operational controls.

Ideal Candidate

University degree,Accounting designation required
