Manager, Financial Crime Risk Business Oversight

Description

The Manager, Financial Crime Risk Business Oversight is responsible for overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) programs within TDS Canada and Corporate Segments. This includes leading Enterprise Risk Assessments, managing Regulatory Compliance, developing AML Specialized Training, and ensuring adherence to external and internal financial crime standards. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, risk management expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality results to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Oversee AML/Sanctions and ABAC programs for TDS Canada and Corporate Segments.

Lead Enterprise Risk Assessments (ML/TF and ABAC).

Lead Regulatory Compliance Management processes.

Develop and deliver AML Specialized Training programs.

Ensure compliance across Canadian TDS business segments with AML/ATF, Sanctions, and ABAC standards.

Maintain knowledge of industry standards and emerging issues in AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC.

Provide advice and guidance for moderately complex projects.

Identify and lead problem resolution for complex requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Strong understanding of risk management principles.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience in delivering high-quality results for executive audiences and TD Securities stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of Canadian AML/ATF regulations and global financial crime compliance frameworks (e.g., FATF).

Eagerness to learn and grow within the Business Oversight function.
