This role is responsible for assessing risks related to regulatory compliance, business operations, and financial processes within Finance. The manager will evaluate regulatory, operational, and financial requirements, provide recommendations on risks, and design controls to mitigate them, documenting all findings and conclusions.
Perform comprehensive and independent risk assessments across multiple business units.,Coordinate with stakeholders for risk assessment and documentation.,Support in identifying and designing effective internal controls.,Prepare and communicate control review documents.,Track and follow up for necessary approvals.,Mentor and guide business analysts in risk assessments and control design.,Review business analysts' work for quality.,Support Sr. Manager with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, documentation, and research.,Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
3 to 5 years experience in control activities, risk management, process documentation, and control design.,Ability to embrace and champion change.,Passion for people and building relationships.,Strong collaboration skills and understanding of inclusive teamwork.,Adherence to values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
