Build and present Monthly Business Review (MBR), consolidating updates on programs, financials, and risk.,Analyze current and future operating plans, identifying trends and providing budget recommendations.,Ensure funding aligns with AppDev resource recovery, enabling resource managers to track staff allocation monthly and address gaps.,Design and implement a recovery model for non-AppDev projects to streamline processes and reduce administrative burden.,Establish a centralized framework (e.g., working groups) to monitor risks (e.g., Archer findings, server vulnerabilities) and remediation strategies.,Partner with program leads to ensure timely communication of updates and alignment with plans.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to executive leadership.
