This role is within KPMG's Management Consulting practice, specifically within the Technology Consulting (Data, Analytics and Automation) practice. The primary focus is to help organizations leverage data for informed decision-making by developing and implementing advanced data solutions in complex technical environments. Responsibilities include creating data strategies, roadmaps, operating models, managing data quality, implementing data management capabilities, deploying modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, ensuring data governance for analytics, and consulting on leading practices.

What We're Looking For

Create and present data strategies, roadmaps, and data operating models.,Lead the assessment and remediation of client data quality challenges.,Implement data strategy and data management capabilities for clients.,Lead the deployment and adoption of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) in client business and technology ecosystems.,Ensure 'trusted' analytics through transparent and well-governed analytics processes, data platforms, and data lakes.,Develop and utilize technical and industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges and consult on leading practice solutions.,Plan and execute engagements.

Ideal Candidate

Completed MBA or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Data Science.,5+ years of experience in a consulting environment or realizing data management solutions within an organization.,Industry-recognized designations/certifications preferred (e.g., CDMP or DCAM).,Superior communication skills (written and verbal) to convey strategic solutions to various stakeholders.,Possess insights and methods for data quality analysis, transformation, mapping, and cleansing.
