Manager, Data Analytics & Automation
Description
This role is within KPMG's Management Consulting practice, specifically in the Technology Consulting (Data, Analytics and Automation) practice. The Manager will work with a team of problem solvers to help clients leverage data for informed decision-making, focusing on developing and implementing advanced solutions for structured and unstructured data in complex technical environments. Responsibilities include creating data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models, leading data quality assessments and remediation, implementing data strategy and management capabilities, deploying modern data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and securing trusted analytics processes and data platforms.
What We're Looking For
Create and present data strategies, roadmaps and data operating models.,Lead the assessment and remediation of clients' data quality challenges.,Implement data strategy and data management capabilities with clients.,Lead the deployment and adoption of modern data platforms in client's business and technology ecosystems including Databricks and Snowflake.,Secure 'trusted' analytics, by creating transparent and well governed (advanced) analytics processes, data platforms and data lakes.,Develop and utilize technical and industry knowledge to resolve complex client challenges and consult on leading practice solutions.,Plan and execute data-driven solutions across service offerings.
Ideal Candidate
A completed MBA or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or Data Science.,5+ years of experience in a consulting environment or having worked on realizing data management solutions within your organization.,Industry-recognized designations/certifications preferred (CDMP or DCAM).
