Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being a frontline manager, building customer relationships, processing transactions, and providing advice on products and services. The manager will lead and mentor a team to ensure exceptional customer experience, meet compliance requirements, resolve complaints, coach staff on customer interaction strategies, and oversee daily branch administrative and operational duties. The position focuses on fostering a positive and equitable work environment and driving team effectiveness and continuous improvement in customer service.

What We're Looking For

Mentor a team to achieve exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and personal development objectives.,Manage employee scheduling to meet customer demands and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and guidelines.,Collaborate with One TD partners to assist customers effectively.,Support frontline staff in resolving customer complaints and encourage senior team members to handle escalations.,Coach the team on advice-giving and customer conversation strategies to enhance customer experience.,Lead the team to monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, assign duties, and resolve operational issues.,Administer complex daily branch administrative duties.,Maintain customer-facing areas of the branch according to premises, marketing, and regulatory guidelines.,Lead a high-performing team by providing ongoing performance feedback and completing performance management activities.,Help build a fair, positive, and equitable environment by promoting team effectiveness and improving knowledge of industry trends.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree and/or over 3 years of relevant work experience.,Sound knowledge of processes management, business and operational functions including banking solutions and concepts.,Proficiency in software tools including MS Office and internet applications.
