Description

The Manager, Credit Structures will serve as a credit professional, offering innovative credit solutions, expert advice, and specialized credit knowledge to Private Banking clients. This role involves managing credit relationships for Private Banking clients, focusing on providing the right solutions and connecting clients with appropriate partners and capabilities.

What We're Looking For

Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high-net-worth Canadians following the Black Card Experience principles.,Deliver a superior credit experience through deep-discovery conversations, analyzing options, and presenting credit advice-centered solutions.,Offer proactive credit advice and develop innovative credit solutions for Private Banking clients.,Prepare and submit comprehensive and accurate credit proposals for approval promptly, supported by due diligence and financial statement analysis.,Lead client discussions on mortgage renewals and process client requests.,Proactively manage credit renewals by submitting files within deadlines.,Collaborate with partners like Risk Management to provide client solutions.,3-5 years of lending experience with demonstrated proficiency in personal/small business credit structuring in the banking industry.,Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and understand financial statements to articulate cash flow from multiple income streams (personal and business).

Ideal Candidate

University or college degree.,Complex lending, small business and/or commercial banking experience (Nice to have).,Knowledge and understanding of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit/risk procedures, guidelines, and standards (Nice to have).,Strong commitment to continuous learning and educational development (Nice to have).,Demonstrated persistence to achieve desired goals and the agility to handle change with flexibility (Nice to have).
