Description

This role involves leading and coaching a team of client service and financial service professionals within Personal and Business Banking at CIBC. The manager will focus on delivering excellent client experiences, deepening client relationships, and meeting financial needs, while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Lead and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals.,Develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships.,Inspire team members to perform at their best and support a "One Team" approach.,Lead by example in deepening client relationships and meeting financial needs with high service standards.,Encourage quick resolution of client complaints, escalating when necessary, and manage complex issues.,Empower clients to use self-service channels.,Create a culture of collaboration across multiple client offers.,Support the Banking Centre Leader in monitoring business performance and implementing action plans.,Advocate CIBC within the community for recruitment.,Provide coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset: Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
