As a Manager, Client Advice I, you will lead and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals within the Personal and Business Banking team. Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience, deepen client relationships, and ensure the team meets financial needs while upholding high service standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring business performance, implementing action plans, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset if completed any of the following: Branch Compliance Officer's Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME); or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
