Description

As a Manager, Client Advice I within the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of client service and financial service professionals. Your main goal is to deliver an exceptional client experience, deepen client relationships, and ensure clients receive the right financial advice. This role involves fostering a collaborative culture, monitoring business performance, and supporting the Banking Centre Leader to enhance overall banking centre performance. You will also be involved in recruiting and developing team members, advocating CIBC's values within the community.

What We're Looking For

Lead by example to deepen client relationships and meet financial needs.,Provide a high standard of service and resolve client complaints efficiently.,Empower clients to use self-service channels.,Create a collaborative culture across client offers.,Support the Banking Centre Leader in monitoring business performance and implementing action plans.,Create a positive and productive team environment, recognizing contributions.,Lead and coach client service and financial services teams.,Advocate CIBC in the community for recruitment.,Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.,Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset: Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO),Asset: Branch Managers Examination Course (BME),Asset: Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH),Asset: Wealth Management Essentials (WME),Asset: Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
