As a Manager, Client Advice, you will lead and coach a team of client service and financial service professionals within the Personal and Business Banking team. Your primary goal is to foster an exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships by inspiring your team, promoting a 'One Team' approach, and ensuring clients receive appropriate financial advice. You will also be responsible for supporting business performance and managing client satisfaction.

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).,Asset if completed any of the following: Branch Compliance Officer's Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME); or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
37.5 hours/week (may include evenings and weekends)
Flexible to work banking centre hours (evenings and weekends possible), flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.
