Description

This role involves leading and coaching a team of client service and financial service professionals within the Personal and Business Banking team. The manager is responsible for fostering an exceptional client experience, deepening client relationships, inspiring team members, and ensuring clients receive the right financial advice. They also support business performance monitoring and contribute to a collaborative 'One Team' approach.

Advocate CIBC within the community for recruitment.

Flexible to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Ideal Candidate

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).

Asset: Completion of Branch Compliance Officer's Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME); or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
