The Manager, Cash Management (MCM) II is responsible for leading and developing a team of Cash Management Banking professionals. This role serves as a subject matter expert in deposits and cash management products and services, supporting the unit in these areas. The primary goal is to proactively identify, negotiate, and implement cash management and deposit needs for existing customers, identify re-pricing opportunities, and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Account Managers to acquire new customer relationships. It is a customer-facing role that supports the sales process with cash management expertise.
