Description

This role is with CIBC's Commercial Banking Cash Management team, focusing on helping businesses achieve their potential through flexible cash management solutions, dedicated expertise, and timely advice. The manager will develop and expand a portfolio of treasury and cash management-intensive companies, engaging with executives to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions for payments and transactions. The position involves direct client interaction for needs analysis, solution development, and sales, along with significant relationship building, business development, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

Develop and grow a portfolio of treasury and cash management intensive companies,Work with CEO's, CFO's, and Treasurers to understand business requirements,Present cash management solutions to meet client needs,Work directly with clients and prospects to perform needs analysis,Develop solutions related to payments and transactions,Conclude the sale of cash management solutions,Engage in marketing and outreach activities,Actively monitor and manage client relationships, understanding their goals and objectives,Develop new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence,Identify and actively call on prospective clients,Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Commercial Banking Relationship Managers) to maximize sales opportunities,Proactively assess clients' treasury and cash management needs and propose solutions,Provide continued partnership and support to clients,Communicate effectively with clients to find the right solutions

Ideal Candidate

Degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (asset)

Minimum Education

Degree/diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
