Manager, Business Performance & Analytics

Support the development and enhancement of management reporting packages (MBRs, QBRs, BPRs), simplifying delivery through automation, improving report effectiveness with visualizations, and providing actionable insights to senior executives.,Assist in ad-hoc analytics projects involving large and complex datasets to derive business insights and facilitate decision-making, including data exploration for new client acquisition and relationship deepening.,Partner with strategy teams to conduct deep-dive analysis for developing growth strategies in key sectors such as Agriculture, Franchise, Supply Chain, and International Businesses.,Collaborate with Commercial Banking data and technology teams, as well as other data & analytics teams across RBC, to develop data strategy, enhance data collection capabilities, and improve technology infrastructure.,Advocate for the use of data in business management practices through comprehensive reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling.

2-4 years of direct experience in analytics or quantitative strategy supporting areas like credit strategy, client acquisitions, deposits, or treasury.,Strong technical skills in data manipulation using tools such as SAS, SQL, Teradata, Python, Tableau.,Ability to synthesize complex analytical exercises and communicate insights clearly to various audiences.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.,Demonstrates a 'One RBC' mentality and willingness to take on tasks to elevate the business.
