Manager, Business Application Management

Lead and manage Business Operations Practices for 3 or more applications, supporting BAU processes.,Own deployment and change management for initiatives/projects across all tiers.,Provide support to projects in developing operating practices for technology project integration into operational processes.,Accountable for documentation management for Business Operations and Project artifacts (Operations Manuals, BRD, SRS, Test Plans, etc.).,Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements (Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Office of the Chief Data Officer).,Establish effective relationships with business and technology partners, program, and project managers.,Ensure team compliance with procedure guidelines to support satisfactory audit results.,Grow team expertise to align with business/enterprise demand and direction; assess team skills and capabilities.,Lead a high-performing team; provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, coaching, and development.,Lead and manage a sizeable team of professionals and overall operation in an area of moderate risk, complexity, or scope.

Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Technology (IT) Management, Computer Science, or a related field.,5-7+ years’ experience in supporting business applications, business and user data management within a North American financial services setting.,Ability to navigate and translate complex application and/or data issues into business terms.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.,Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with North American legal or regulatory environments (asset).,People Management Experience (asset).,A mindset of ownership, accountability, and business impact.
