KPMG is seeking a Manager for its Banking and Capital Markets Advisory Practice in Toronto. This role involves advising banking organizations on implementing effective operating functions, optimizing operations, and leveraging innovative solutions to improve service quality. The successful candidate will be a key member of a high-performing team, focusing on assessing complex business issues, designing solutions, leading projects, and cultivating client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Assess, capture and translate complex business issues for clients.

Design, build, develop, and optimize comprehensive business solutions.

Lead and deliver complex projects.

Cultivate and deepen relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Guide a diverse team of professionals during project implementation.

Gain deep understanding of client business needs and the banking industry.

Contribute to proposals and demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management/Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance or Data Sciences.

5-8 years of experience in consulting and/or banking services.
