Description

As an Audit Manager at KPMG, you will be part of the Audit & Assurance practice, responsible for delivering high-quality audit work that promotes trust, transparency, and confidence for public and private organizations. The role encourages critical thinking and provides strong support through learning, coaching, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include leading audit engagements, applying KPMG's methodologies, building client relationships, supervising and mentoring audit teams, collaborating on business goals, identifying process improvements, contributing to practice development, ensuring accurate reporting, and acting as a Performance Manager for staff.

Ideal Candidate

Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent,Minimum 5 years of experience in public practice accounting,Proficiency in IFRS, ASPE, NPO and/or Public Sector frameworks,Strong client service and relationship-building skills,Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Proven leadership and team development experience,Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Track record of contributing to business growth,Demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth
