Description

The Manager, Audit Plan Management, will oversee the daily management of Internal Audit's annual plan. This involves tracking execution progress, identifying potential timeline risks, and ensuring timely, informed decision-making by Audit leadership. The role requires close collaboration with audit executives and delivery teams to extract and analyze data, generate clear reports, and facilitate discussions to resolve roadblocks. Additionally, the manager will handle processes and reporting for preparing the annual audit plan.

What We're Looking For

Monitor plan delivery and status across the audit portfolio, preparing concise progress reporting for leadership.,Identify and escalate delivery risks through discussions with management, identifying blockers and required decisions.,Facilitate annual audit planning by organizing stakeholder working sessions, consolidating feedback, and preparing materials for leadership review.,Coordinate ad-hoc plan changes (adds, cancels, deferrals), ensure approvals are documented, and maintain an audit trail.,Continuously improve processes and tooling, including refining templates, automating workflows, and enhancing dashboards.,7+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree.,Relevant professional certifications, accounting designations a strong asset (e.g., PMP, CIA, CPA, etc.).
