Manager, Audit - Enterprise

Oversee and manage client audits from planning to completion.,Participate in the practice group to implement business plans.,Work with assurance management to meet financial goals.,Counsel, train, and mentor audit staff.,Assist clients in finding solutions to their needs and complex accounting issues.,Apply KPMG's audit and accounting practices/methodologies on client engagements.

Bachelor's degree,Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent per CPA Canada guidelines,5-7 years of experience working with a public practice accounting firm,Previous working experience with ASPE/ASNPO,Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand clients' business and develop strong client relationships,Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities,Proven background of building a client base and adding revenue,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Strong team player,Meticulous attention to detail,Professional accounting firm experience is a must,Demonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation and strong leadership qualities,Strong mentoring and performance management skills
