Manager, Asset Services - Wealth Management Europe Operations

Lead an operational team function.

Ensure procedures are maintained and adhered to for high accuracy and timely service delivery.

Review and sign-off of departmental procedures in-line with regulatory and audit requirements.

Ensure timely and appropriate levels of escalation and support risk/issue resolution.

Set clear direction for the operational team aligned with group strategy.

Ensure personal and team understanding and adherence to Risk and Control, Policy Frameworks.

Embed and drive a culture of simplification and innovation.

Ensure the change portfolio is understood and adequately resourced.

Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to manage, coach and develop high-performing teams.

Understanding of Financial Services.

Able to navigate change and maintain engagement and performance.

Experience of supporting internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
