Manager, Analytics CAM

Support the delivery of advanced consulting advice in data analytics, providing research and insights for senior management.,Apply advanced analytical techniques such as statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning to inform decisions and strategy.,Develop proposals and recommendations for management's use and identify opportunities from research information.,Perform in-depth analysis of research information and identify opportunities to improve operations or reporting.,Research industry best practices, tools, and systems for reporting and data analysis; propose enhancements to automated reporting systems.,Identify and recommend changes that enhance operations through technology or other processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Drive, manage, and execute data and reporting projects.,Experience with collections and/or risk management data to support analytics and modelling.,Ability to develop proposals and recommendations for management and communicate clearly to stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in Machine Learning and advanced modelling.,Ability to drive the application and development of data science solutions to solve complex business problems.,Experience mentoring analytics teams.,Capable of building predictive models and deploying advanced statistical methodologies to optimize strategies and outcomes.,Knowledgeable about the organization's IT environment and business process integration.,Proficiency with modern big data, analytical and dashboard tools.
